With over 30 years of culinary expertise, Chef Makhan who hails from Uttar Pradesh of northern India is set to delight your palates by bringing out the best in Indian cooking by focusing on core Indian spices. His signature dishes include tandoori chicken, naan, seekh kebab, biryani rice, fish tikka and prawn maharaja. For us, his tandoori chicken is the best we've tried in KL: juicy, moist and flavorful. Even BabySumoKids loved this and went back for seconds :)
Other highlights from the buffet include the pickle and chutney bar, plus his must-try chicken makhani which follows an age-old recipe from his homeland, prepared in a traditional Indian clay pot. You can also find palak paneer, chicken tawook, kabuli chana masala, roasted lamb on tandoori and home-style curries with a twist for evolving palates. Chef Makhan believes that diversity is an integral part of Indian cooking and he invites you to embark on a unique journey to a little piece of India.

Indian-themed? Ooooooo...how I wish I could go for this! What? Malay and Chinese specialties? Malay kueh? I wish they would stick to the theme completely. Otherwise, might as well not have a theme, just call it a Malaysian buffet. Period.
ReplyDeleteHaven't come across any indian themed buffet myself, looks to be quite a spread
