Famed for their eight-flavoured xiao long bao, Paradise Dynasty is a well-established Chinese restaurant in Malaysia and is now available in SkyAvenue too. The restaurant is modern and spacious, with plush interior and elegant blue chandeliers, providing diners with a comfortable dining ambiance.
The menu offers a wide range of specialty dishes from northern and southern China, with an innovative touch. To order, simply mark off the item on the order chit and hand it to one of the serving staff. Service is very efficient, with most food items arriving within 10-15 minutes of placing our order.
The must-have item here is the exquisite xiao long bao. Paradise Dynasty offers the World's First Eight Flavour Xiao Long Bao, namely original, ginseng, foie gras, black truffle, cheesy, crab roe, garlic and Szechuan. Diners can choose either the single flavour baskets (6 pcs or 10pcs) or for the ultimate indulgence, try the Specialty Dynasty Xiao Long Bao (RM38.80) which comes with all 8 flavours.
Each xiao long bao had a distinctive, unique flavour and is intricately made with 18 folds, has a delicate thin skin and weighs exactly 25grams. There is even a special guide to teach you the correct sequence to eat these XLBs, to ensure that you get the optimum taste, starting from the original and ending with the spicy Szechuan. Love this!
The Stir fried shredded pork in black bean sauce, served with Chinese crepes (RM33.90) is another signature dish here. Fun to eat and absolutely delicious, wrap the flavorful, tender shredded pork and spring onions in the steamed pancakes and enjoy. Highly recommended!
For beef lovers, you can try the Stir fried marbled Australian beef with scallion (RM48.90). The use of marbled beef ensures that every bite is tender and juicy. A definite crowd-pleaser.
La mian is another specialty here at the Paradise Dynasty, with 18 variants to choose from. We went for the La Mian served with deep fried chicken chop (RM29.90) and the signature pork bone broth. The milky broth is rich, creamy and high in collagen, as it has been simmered for 12 hours under slow fire to bring out the flavours of the ingredients.
For dessert, we had the Lotus paste bun with salted egg yolk (RM16). Served steaming hot, the buns were soft and fluffy. The salted egg yolk provided a nice flavour contrast to the sweet, smooth lotus paste filling.
Non-halal.
Opening times: Mon - Thurs: 10am – 10pm; Fri & Sat: 8am-11pm; Sun: 8am-10pm.
Price: approx. RM50 per person.

The smooth, thin noodles are skillfully made, with a lovely chewy texture
Crispy, juicy chicken chop served on the side, so the batter doesn't go soggy.
If you like braised lava eggs, you can order additional ones at RM4.50 each.
