Leading us into the restaurant are mythical murals of keyholes all along one side of the wall, each illustrating a different dimension or place. Fairy lights hanging overhead on the ceiling adds a magical touch to the place - I can only imagine how pretty it looks at night, twinkling above the sleek bar.
The new brunch menu features a mix of Malaysian dishes, big breakfasts, pasta, burgers and more. Furthermore, with a minimum spend of RM30 from their brunch menu, you will get free-flow Cranswick Lakefield Pink Moscato for an hour. Alternatively, you can also opt for bottomless non-alcoholic tropical punch. If this is not fantastic value, I don't know what is!
New on the brunch menu is the Nasi Ulam Ayam Bakar (RM32.80), a whole chicken leg rubbed with turmeric and lemongrass, grilled and served with Malaysian style rice salad and percik sauce. The chicken was tender, juicy and flavorful.. especially good eaten with the percik sauce.
Baby D, the pasta lover, chose the Crustacean Aglio Olio (RM30.80) which comes with three large tiger prawns and spaghetti coated in chili garlic oil. It must be good because he finished everything!
Baby C, on the other hand, ordered the 14 days dry aged striploin steak (RM65.80 for 220g) and we asked for it to be cooked medium rare. This came with herb au jus and roasted vegetables. As expected with dry aged meat, this had quite an intense, meaty flavour.
We also ordered the Krispy Burger (RM28.80), featuring a crispy battered boneless chicken leg with oozy Monterey Jack cheese sandwiched between two soft burger buns. It also comes with crispy potato wedges... a very nice, enjoyable burger!
Great food, service and ambiance... can't wait to return soon to try their a la carte menu!

I would love to try the nasi ulam - can't get that here and my attempt at cooking my own was...quite disappointing.
