Love Is In The Air at TRACE, Element Kuala Lumpur

This Valentine's Day, celebrate your love and take it to greater heights at Element Kuala Lumpur, the tallest eco hotel in KL.

Impress your loved one with a gourmet 5-course menu and breathtaking views overlooking the iconic Petronas Twin Towers in a candle-lit, romantic setting at TRACE Restaurant & Bar. Themed "Love is in the Air", the menu features salmon fillet, Wagyu beef tenderloin, oysters and many more, priced at RM388 nett per couple (inclusive of two glasses of cocktail or mocktail).

Kick start your evening with an "Introduction to Love" with the amuse bouche of pan seared salmon fillet, served with a refreshing mango salsa, fish roe and saffron sauce.

Next, be seduced with the chicken roulade, served with a delicious apple fennel chutney along with grilled sour dough bread topped with ricotta and white honey truffle.

Celebrate romance by the beach, with the Chanterelle mushroom soup with cepes foam and truffle oil. Wonderfully earthy flavours, and added texture from the sauteed mushrooms.

For mains, guests will be served a trio of surf and turf flavours, including grilled Wagyu beef tenderloin, rack of lamb and oyster mornay. Everything was cooked to perfection, the meat lover in me was happy!

Finally, for a sweet end to your meal, a sharing dessert platter consisting of a rich chocolate sacher torte and raspberry white chocolate mousse with heart-shaped chocolates will be served.

The "Love is in the Air" Valentine's Day Set Menu 2020 is available on Friday 14 February 2020 (6.30pm - 10.30pm). The menu is priced at RM388 nett per couple, with an additional RM100 nett to secure a window seat.
