Every month, Mixologist Joel John Timis presents a specially curated Cocktail of the Month, starting with Shamrock Sour (RM40) in March to welcome St.Patrick's Day. A twist of Whiskey Sour, this cocktail is made using Jameson Irish Whiskey flavoured with apple and mint liquor, and topped with egg white to create a silky mouthfeel and frothy beer head.
For the month of April, celebrate with the Easter Julep (RM40), which is Joel's take on the mint julep. A delicious, creamy concoction of Grey Goose vodka, Grand Marnier, white chocolate, coconut cream and orange bitters.
In May, grab a refreshing glass of Sangria Spritz (RM40). This is next-level sangria, made with champagne, red wine reduction infused with spices, Grand Marnier along with fresh orange, lemon and apples.
