Every Friday and Saturday, diners can enjoy an array of fresh seafood at Serena Brasserie's Seafood Buffet Dinner. It is priced at RM140 nett per adult and diners can also upgrade to their "Wine of the Week" package for RM210 nett per adult, which includes one bottle of red or white wine.
Start with a premium selection of seafood on ice from the seafood bar, including freshly flown-in Fine de Claire osyters, baby lobster, Australian yabbies, crayfish,
slipper lobster, spanner crab, mud crab, New Zealand green lip mussel, pacific
prawns, and Harvey Bar half shell scallops. The seafood were fresh and I was delighted to see fresh, fatty cuts of salmon sashimi as well :)
Head outdoors and help yourselves to sizzling seafood, cooked to order. Select skewers of butterfish, scallops, salmon or prawns, king crab, mussels and slipper lobster, and the chefs will prepare them a la minute on the open charcoal fire grill. We filled our bellies with grilled slipper lobster, scallops and prawns.. yum yum!
Back inside, you can find crab tom yam or wok fried crab with black pepper sauce, steamed seabass with soy sauce and ginger, squid masala, baked salmon and much more. There are also various seafood appetizers such as Thai fish salad, seafood salad and scallops topped with caviar.
An array of tantalising desserts await you once you have indulged in the seafood.

Can never go wrong with seafood! I love that so much but at my age, I need to go a little slow with that. Just a dish will be fine, I'd have to pass if it comes to a buffet.

ReplyDeleteSeafood lovers would be very happy with this buffet but I'll hang around the dessert section hee..hee...
