You can literally eat the rainbow with the colorful Season's Greetings Chicken Breast Salad (RM29). This fruity salad comprises of salad leaves, fresh strawberry, green apple, kiwi, orange segments, young ginger, roasted peanuts and roasted Thai herbs chicken breast, along with a spicy raspberry dressing to bring it all together.
Turkey is traditionally eaten during Christmas; at Greyhound, you too can have turkey, in the form of meatballs. The meatballs have been fried to crispy perfection and topped with fragrant fried garlic and fresh chillies, which you can toss into the al dente spicy spaghetti.
Christmas-on-Fire Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs (RM32)
One of our favorite dishes from their festive menu is the Tom Ka Rice with Sun-Dried Beef Strip and Som Tam (RM36). The beef strips are first marinated, hung out to air-dry, then deep fried and is served with a tangy, spicy tomato jaew sauce. It's like beef jerky but meatier, slightly chewy and absolutely delicious. This also comes with a green papaya salad (som tam) and aromatic Thai-style galangal rice pilaf cooked in coconut milk.
Yen Ta Fo Hot Pot (RM36) is a popular dish in Thailand and is perfect for sharing. Sweet and spicy, the appetizing soup is made from fermented beancurd (fu yue), which also gives the soup its distinctive red colour. Dig in and you will find a generous amount of tender braised short ribs, along with tofu pok, white fungus mushroom and morning glory (kangkung). Choose between steamed jasmine rice or rice vermicelli (meehoon) to go with this.
The Christmas Tree Delight (RM26) will surely put you in the festive mood. Layers of puff pastry filled with light cream and fresh, sliced strawberries are stacked up to form a Christmas tree and then icing sugar is dusted all over for the snowy effect. How pretty!
For those who prefer something richer and more decadent, go for the Sun-dried banana festive pudding (RM26) with raspberry sauce and warm palm sugar butter scotch. The sun-dried bananas are imported from Bangkok and is mixed in with other dried fruits, studding this delicious dessert.
Green Submarine (RM16) and Jingle Jelly (RM12)

If it is Thai, I like!!! For a while I was wondering what connection it has with the bus service in the US.
