Similarly, the restaurant here at ANSA emits a cool, trendy vibe with friendly service and good food. If you like people watching, grab a seat near the window... after all this is one of the most vibrant streets in KL.
The menu here is 100% similar to the one at MidValley, showcasing modern Thai cuisine
Thai Iced Coffee (RM12), Fresh Coconut Shake (RM16), Iced Lemon Tea (Greyhound Style) (RM12) and Passion Fashion (RM16).
Baby D was very happy with his choice of drink... very refreshing, he says!
To start, we had the Calamari Fritti (RM18) as well as the Greyhound Famous Fried Chicken Wings (RM18).
The squid rings were coated in a lovely, thin crispy batter and served with tartar sauce. They disappeared rather quickly as the kids thoroughly enjoyed them. Same goes to the chicken wings - which are marinated in fish sauce before deep frying - they were flavorful and juicy, yet crispy on the outside.
One of the must-try pasta dishes at Greyhound Cafe is the Spaghetti with Dried Salty Fish (RM26). For me, this is pretty similar to an aglio olio, with the addition of holy basil leaves and chillies as well as the crispy salty fish (which is not to be mistaken for salted fish as this is quite lightly salted) which adds texture to the overall dish. I love the heat from the chillies and the fresh flavours from the herbs.

For meat lovers, this Thai steak with spicy Thai hot sauce (RM38) is highly recommended. The ribeye steak was perfectly cooked to a medium rare doneness, served with a sauce which was both spicy and tangy. We loved it! This also comes with sticky rice, which is to be eaten together with the steak and cucumber sticks.
We didn't get to try the Young Coconut Crepe Cake (RM22) the last time, so we made sure we ordered it this time around. No wonder this is the crowd favorite at Greyhound, it's awesome! Love the combination of the young coconut flesh with crepe sheets and whipped cream.
Greyhound Cafe has also recently introduced two new crepe cake flavours, namely the Thai Pandan Custard Crepe Cake (RM16) and Fresh Durian Crepe Cake (RM22). I especially liked the durian one, which was pungent and rich. Even Hubby liked it. :) A deliciously sinful treat.
