Start you meal with the range of appetizers on offer, such as Achar Buah Manis; Kerabu Kacang Botol Kelapa Sangai; Kerabu Nangka Nenas Sarawak; Kerabu Daging Berherba Traditional; and Kerabu Ayam Mangga Muda Isi Ayam. There will also be a spread of classic claypot dishes that includes Nasi Kukus Daun Pandan; Ayam Masak Merah Daun Kari; Daging Masak Hitam Berempah; Sambal Tumis Udang Harimau Petai Gunung; Pajeri Nenas Udang Kering, and more. Traditional local delicacies are also available at live stations, such as Chicken and Lamb Murtabak, Roti Canai, Roti Jala, Roti John and the all-time favourite Satay in the choice of lamb, beef and chicken.
Diners in favour of sampling international cuisine will be treated to a melting pot of dishes featured at the grill, wok, and noodle stations. These stations include herb marinated lamb chops; beef steaks; fresh homemade pastas; lemon and garlic sea bass; and roasted chicken.
End the meal with a selection of desserts such as Bubur Kacang Bersago; assortment of Malaysian Kuih; Putu Buluh Bambu; macaron tower; cakes and pastries. From 1 to 14 June, freshly made local snacks such as Cucur Udang; Goreng Pisang; Goreng Cempedak and Goreng Keledek will be available at Lounge on the Park’s outdoor terrace, overlooking the serene KLCC Park. A special “Fruit Terrace” with exotic local fruits such as durian and fresh coconuts will also be available.
The Buka Puasa buffet is priced at RM 168 nett from 15 to 22 May 2018; and RM 188 nett from 1 to 14 June 2018 at Mosaic and Lounge on the Park. Hari Raya Family Brunch is available from 15 to 17 June 2018, and is priced at RM 158 nett per person.
Top marks for their roti jala, served with curry chicken. We also loved the tender, juicy ayam percik and daging masam hitam berempah.

From 23 to 31 May 2018, break fast with family, friends and business partners with specially-curated "Best of Asia Cuisine" by Chef Wan at Mosaic, Lounge on the Park, and Diamond Ballroom. For appetisers, revel in a unique assortment of kerabu including Nasi Ulam; Jaganan; Rojak Betik Terengganu; Karedok, Lawar Bali Ayam; Nham Prik Kapi; and Nyonya Kerabu Meehoon. Tantalising warm appetisers such as Ayam Berkuah Satay; Ikan Bakar Portuguese; and Rendang Udang Galah will also be served. Chef Wan’s very own recipe of Sup Ekor Istimewa will also be available.
Relish in a variety of main courses including Thai Green Beef Curry with Basil; Kuzi Daging Kambing; Thai Prawn Curry with Grated Pineapple; Sambal Sotong Kering Berkacang; Kashmir Korma Daging; Nyoya Ayam Kapitan; Rendang Daging Selangor; just to name a few. These will be complemented with classic rice and noodle dishes such as Nasi Tumbang; Nasi Telor Terengganu; Nasi Kerabu dan Ayam Percik; Nasi Bukhari Udang; Mee Rebus; Laksa Johor; Soto Ayam; and the all-time favourite Nyonya Laksa.
Sumptuous international flavours are also available at various stations with special highlight of the night, as well as a special live station featuring Kambing Panggang Berempah.
Complete the meal with assorted fruit pickles and fresh fruits served with a selection of dips. The Best of Asia Cuisine by Chef Wan buffet is priced at RM 228 nett per person for dining at Mosaic and Lounge on the Park, and RM 188 nett at the Diamond Ballroom.
