During our recent staycation at the hotel, we dined here in the evening with BabySumoKids. We ordered four main dishes as well as a noodle dish to share.
Arriving simultaneously were the scallops, tofu and prawn dishes. The Wok fried scallops with lily bulb, asparagus and macadamia nuts (RM98) was served in a deep fried potato basket - this was Baby D's favorite dish of the evening, he polished off most of the scallops within 5 minutes of the dish arriving. The crunchy asparagus and macadamia nuts pair well with the tender, sweet scallops.
Meanwhile, the Deep fried prawns with salted egg yolk sauce (RM88) was Baby C's favorite dish of the evening. The prawns were huge and fresh - it was deep fried until crispy, and then coated in a creamy, sinful egg yolk sauce. Very tasty - both parents loved this too!
The Homemade spinach beancurd with scallops and honey beans (RM48) is a crowd-pleaser, with a smooth eggy sauce that goes well with rice. There are also loads of other ingredients such as crab meat, bamboo pith, carrots, sugar snap peas, and mushrooms.
One of the highlights of our meal was the Oriental grilled lamb with Mongolian sauce, sauteed greens and diced mango (RM65). The grilled lamb was full of flavour, with a lovely char. The meat has also been thoughtfully removed from the bones, this was a delight for us parents dining with children as it made life easier.
We were also hankering for sang har mee so we tried Dynasty's Crispy egg noodle with fresh water prawns (RM68). The deep fried noodles was topped with an eggy gravy and crowned with two prawn halves. Delicious!
For dessert, we had the Chilled melon cream pudding (RM12) as well as Chilled sweetened mango puree with sago and ice cream (RM13). A lovely sweet ending to a wonderful meal.

We did not miss the pork at all during our meal; overall, a stellar meal enjoyed by the whole family, complemented by friendly service.
