Feng Shui Inn is a fine dining Chinese restaurant located in Crockfords Tower, within Resorts World Sentosa. This elegant restaurant specializes in authentic, fine Cantonese cuisine.
We started our meal with the Braised Scallops with Diced Chicken and Beancurd Soup. A thick, delicious soup laden with ingredients.
The sweet and sour pork here is an "atas" version, as they use Kurobuta pork served as a whole fillet. The pork fillet is deep fried and coated in the sweet and sour sauce. The pork is very tender. The waiting staff here kindly sliced it into bite-sized pieces for the kids to enjoy.
Next, we had the pan fried grouper fillet with sweet corn and egg sauce. Beautifully done - sweet and delicious!
Fried rice with shrimps, we were told this is the Hong Kong "Tai O" style of cooking fried rice which uses shrimp paste. A nice, comforting dish.
