While in Pangkor Laut Resort, do not miss Emerald Bay, proclaimed by many as one of the most beautiful beaches in Malaysia. During our first visit, we actually missed this place since it is on another side of the island and is usually reached via shuttle bus.
Emerald Bay is named after the sparkling emerald sea. The beach is pristine and you don't have to worry about sand flies here --your kids can play in the sand at ease and without worrying about getting nasty bites. Upon arrival at the beach, the hotel staff will lay some blue towels on the beach chairs for you to relax on. They will also come with cold water for you to keep cool in the sun - really excellent service, I have to say.
There is also a restaurant here, Chapman's Bar whereby you can get lunch / light bites and order beverages such as cocktails. The beach is largely shaded by the big trees, but do remember to bring your sun lotion if you're planning to stay here for a long time. The huge trees are also great for climbing (if you're feeling like a monkey) :P
Baby C loves the beach
Beautiful beach
Sand art at the entrance of Emerald Bay
Emerald Bay is serene and perfect for relaxing and spending time with your loved ones...
Talk a stroll on the beach.. soak your feet in the sea water
Big waves... Hubby likes to swim in the sea
Perfect for couples and honeymooners to while their time away
Blue skies, emerald water
We took Hello Kitty on holiday with us.... so much sand for her to dig! :P
We built a sandcastle together
Baby C loves playing in the sand
Well-maintained castle :)
We also picked seashells from the sea..
I heart Pangkor Laut Resort
Running on the beach and having lots of fun
Searching for more seashells and other hidden treasures
Look what we found!
The resort also provides lots of beach toy such as digger, truck, spade for your kids to play with.. we certainly had lots of fun.

ReplyDeleteIt happens so many times that while you are looking for some good holiday resort India, you end up choosing one that not only suits your style but has that idiosyncratic deluxe ambience. Hence, Jaypee is one out of them where luxury galore and sumptuousness emanates!
