Graze Weekend Brunch, Hilton KL

Start your weekend right with the brand new Weekend Brunch, served every Saturday and Sunday at Graze, Hilton Kuala Lumpur. We were excited to be one of first few to sample their new menu items last weekend. The menu is specially crafted by Chef Marc Ferry and his team, and will feature an egg-cellent array of egg dishes, healthy options, mains, as well as sweets.

The Egg in Glass & Prawns (RM18) was my favorite dish of the morning. Two beautiful eggs, cooked in 63°C for 90 minutes, is what I would call perfection in a glass. What a wonderful way to start the morning with!

We also had the Ruffled Egg & Salmon Bagel, with a dill creme fraiche (RM18). Ruffled egg, we were told, are eggs which are barely beaten and then cooked like an omelette. Delicious Scottish smoked salmon and the ruffled egg are topped on soft, lightly toasted bagels. Great value for money, I have to add! Other than that, other egg-tastic dishes you can find on the brunch menu are Turkey ham & cheese croissant, Spanish omelette, and Poached egg on English muffin.

For those who prefer to have a healthier breakfast, there is something for you here too! BabySumoKids love the Greek Yogurt (RM22), served with mixed berries and Tasmanian leatherwood honey granola. There is also Swiss Bircher muesli, Reuben sandwich and more.

One of the highlights of the Graze Weekend Brunch is Chef Marc's signature dish, the seared Bavarian meatloaf slice (RM48). Unlike American meatloaf, the Bavarian meatloaf has a more refined, smooth texture. It was delicious, flavorful and perfectly paired with a fried egg, creamy spinach and roast potatoes.

The saute avocado side dish is YUM too!

We would also highly recommend the Filet Mignon (RM52), served with a fried egg, sauteed mushrooms, and a toasted rye bread. The steak was beautifully cooked to medium doneness - tender and definitely hit the spot :)

If you prefer to start your day on a sweet note, there are also French crepe, American pancakes, French toast and Trio of Fruits for you to choose from. Baby D loved the American pancakes (RM18), which was served with homemade vanilla ice cream.

They do great coffees here too!

Delicious food, served in a great ambiance paired with excellent service - plus prices are pretty reasonable too. What's more, diners can also enjoy FREE parking at the hotel too!
