The concept here is simple - get a table, head over the meat counter, select your meat/cuts as well as any sides/salads/soups and your food will be served to your table once it's ready. The staff here are friendly and can offer assistance if you need some help choosing your meat, from the range of sausages, pork, beef and fish.
We went for one pork, one beef and a salad to share. First to arrive was the Passion fruit salad (RM11.90), some greens, raisins and cherry tomatoes tossed in a honey dressing and topped with fresh passion fruit and Parmesan.
Next to arrive was the Australian marbled ribeye (RM78), which was perfectly cooked to medium doneness as requested. We chose this as the marbling looked incredible on the meat in its raw state, and it certainly did not disappoint in terms of taste too... super tender and juicy! Served with two types of sauce and mustard.
We also had the Sakura Pork Belly, which is the offer item for the month. Simply check-in to Anne Elizabeth on Facebook (Mon to Thurs 12pm - 4pm throughout August) and you can enjoy this 250g slab for RM9.90 instead of RM22.20. It's marinated with Sarawak pepper and honey and then cooked over the grill. Beautiful layers of fat and juicy meat... so good!

We also bought some Honey sausage (RM7.90 each) and cooked a Big Breakfast the next day at home.

Wowwwww!!! I'm a meat person, so naturally, I'm sold! Prices pretty much the usual for this kind of places.
ReplyDeleteAh, I see they've expanded their menu to include wagyu which is great. Your Sakura pork belly would be too fatty for me, just like the smoked bacon steak I had here previously. Glad to see they have fish on the menu now too, perhaps I should revisit.
