2015 Ramadan Buffet @ The Westin Kuala Lumpur

The Holy Month of Ramadan is the season for fostering solidarity and camaraderie, and observing the values of compassion. From 18th June to 15th July 2015, diners, in the company of family and friends can feast on a mouthwatering spread at The Westin KL's Juadah Iftar buffet.

The Juadah Iftar buffet will be held at The Living Room and is priced at RM148 nett per adult and RM74 nett per child (complimentary for children below the age of 5 years old). It will showcase traditional Malaysian dishes with over 15 live cooking stations.

We highly recommend checking out the nasi kandar station, whereby one can feast on nasi briyani mamak topped with fish head curry, ladies finger, prawn curry, sambal telur, vegetable acar, chicken, beef and mutton kandar. There are also deep fried sotong, ayam goreng berempah, deep fried fish eggs, and tenggiri fish.

Other than that, there are various other renowned authentic local specialties to entice you such as kerabu, ulam-ulaman, sotong kangkung, daging gulai kawah Nusantara, gulai ayam kampung pucuk ubi kayu, sup tulang Rawan Pattani, bubur lambuk, roasted while lamb with Westin Briyani rice and more. There is also a noodle station with assam laksa utara and mee rebus as well as ikan bakar (grilled fish).

In addition, there are also several stations featuring live night market favourites like popiah, roti John, satay celup warisan, and chicken shawarma.
