What's to love here? The meats are expertly grilled by their staff, over charcoal embers for that wonderful, smoky flavour. With your meal, you can enjoy 4 types of complimentary ban chan (side dishes). Prices are very affordable and on par with other Korean restaurants too, although it is located bang in the centre of KL.
We always order an assortment of pork cuts when we have Korean BBQ. Here, you can choose from pork belly, pork shoulder, pork neck, pork bacon, grilled cartilage, Daegu bulgogi or pork ribs. I was happy to see my favourite Hanjungsal (pork neck) (RM28.80 for 150g) - the marbling was good and melt-in-the-mouth. The staff cooked it so well, it had a lovely crispy exterior too.
We also had the Samgyeopsal (pork belly) (RM25.80 for 180g) and Jjok Galbi (Pork Rib Soy) (RM26.80 for 250g) - it was finger licking good!
We also had a portion of beef - the Marbled Ribeye (RM74.80 for 200g) - which was nicely cooked to medium doneness and was extra buttery cos they place a slab of butter on the beef while they cook.
Fans of Korean fried chicken must give their version a go - crispy deep fried chicken in an addictive sweet and spicy sticky sauce and roasted peanuts, sesame seed and spring onion. Very generous portion as well!
Dakgangjeong (RM32.80)
Pajeon - Korean pancake with spring onions (RM24.80)
Steam egg
They also offer set menus here, starting from RM74.80
Set lunch from RM18.90
Don't forget to snap a picture at their cute photowall "I think u are barbecute"
