Fuzion will be inspired by the vibrant Malaysia street food bazaar with 10 live action stations featuring Malaysia's street food favorites set outdoors with lively interactions plus an extensive buffet spread of over 100 traditional dishes on a rotational basis. Live action stations include kambing golek, celup-celup assam pedas, satay station, kukus station, goreng station, fried noodles station, selera nasi & lauk pauk, warung roti and juara bubur lambuk. Furthermore there will be 6 kawah stations daily, namely rendang daging tok, gulai ikan masin nenas, ayam masak merah, and a variety of gulai seafood. This buffet dinner is priced at RM138 nett per adult and RM68 nett per child (6-12 years old).

Meanwhile, The Resort Cafe's theme is a 'Bustling Asian Food Hall' with a combination of popular dishes from the Malay Archipelago and Treasures of the Middle East. On the buffet, you will find sup gearbox turbo, ostrich / chicken shawarma, churrasco (chicken, lamb, beef, venison, rabbit, seafood, vegetable and fruit), noodle corner, pasembur and mee rojak, rendang and gulai corner, murtabak and roti john, roti ais krim as well as a variety of pengat and bubur cha cha. With over 300 signature dishes, you will be spoilt for choice. We were really amazed by the wide selection! The buffet dinner here is priced at RM168 nett per adult and RM78 nett per child.
The restaurant's must-try dish, the soup gearbox turbo. It is cooked over slow fire for 8 hours and served in a large cauldron. This dish is prized for the bone marrow contained in the bones; it not only provides flavour to the broth but is also good for improving brain functions, promoting healthy skin and reducing inflammation. A straw is provided to suck up all the bone marrow goodness!
Churrasco is another must-try item at The Resort Cafe - it features a range of premium meats, seafood and fruit. Our favorite is the Wagyu prime rib, which was flavorful and succulent - we sure did not hesitate to ask for more! The meats are marinated with minimal seasoning of lemon, salt and herbs, to maintain its original taste. We also love the grilled pineapple which had a wonderful caramelised taste to it.

The selection at The Resort Cafe will also feature special dishes savourd during the season, from Saudi Arabia, Iran, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Egypt and the Emirates. Middle Eastern Jordian-born Chef Ala'a Ali will prepare dishes such as exotic ostrich shawarma, Saudi prawn kabsa, stuffed chicken freekeh, Lebanese hummus and shish tawook.

For desserts, there is an array of traditional Malay kuih muih such as tapai ubi, kuih wajid, kuih lompang, kuih seri muka, pulut inti kelapa and kuih siput as well as soup-based dessert such as bubur cha cha, pengat labu and bubur kacang merah.
