The current menu will be highlighting Spring produce while delivering authentic dishes with light, fresh flavours. We skipped appetizers, and went straight for 1 rice and 3 mains to share.
The vegetarian Risotto Primavera (RM44) was beautifully done; the rice grains were cooked to al dente along with a medley of vegetables such as zucchini and carrots, and finished off with a drizzle of pesto sauce and Parmesan tuille.
Our boy loves clams, so we ordered the Steamed Tasmanian pearl clam (RM96). The clams were cooked in a white wine and tomato broth, and served with a side of garlic bread.
We enjoyed the Pan-fried Chilean black cod (RM88), a generous chunk of fresh, flaky fish served with kalamata olives, spring onions, Roma tomatoes, potato gnocchi and basil pesto.
The Herb crusted Australian Dorper lamb rack (RM123) came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. The lamb was tender and cooked to a beautiful medium, and is served with a hearty ratatouille, lavender jus and pomme dauphinoise, a rich gratin of sliced potatoes and cream.
Graze offers a carefully selected menu of wines, prosecco, champagne, beers and spirits which will complement your meal here perfectly.

At the restaurant entrance, you may have noticed the wide range of imported European cheeses displayed in a specially designed temperature controlled glass enclosure. We went for the degustation cheese platter with 3 types of cheese (RM47) and was presented with a 14 months comte (semi-hard cheese with a fruity, sweet and smokey flavour), brin d'amour (a Corsican soft cheese made from the milk of Lacaune ewes, with a herb crust) and Bleuet Jacuin (a soft blue cheese made with goat's milk). Out of the three cheeses, we liked the Bleuet Jacquin best - I was surprised that even BabySumoKids were fans of this, as they usually shun blue cheeses. It was mild and creamy. The cheese is served with homemade fruit & nut bread, Scottish oatcakes, water crackers, truffle honey, homemade chutney and pâte de fruit.
We also shared two desserts, the homemade apple strudel with almonds and raisins (RM32), served with Madagascar vanilla ice cream and the French chocolate tart with clotted cream, raspberries and candied macadamia nut (RM36). The chocolate tart is quite rich, so it is perfect for group sharing.
Pork-free.
