Grab a bucket and fill it with your preferred seafood and hand it to the staff with your table number with your selection of sauce. There are five sauces to choose from - Sichuan chilli sauce, curry cheese sauce, tom yum sauce and, salted egg sauce and Thai coriander lime garlic sauce. Our favorite is still the Thai coriander lime garlic, which goes extremely well and complements the fresh seafood best. Once ready, the server will bring the cooked seafood to your table and pour the seafood onto the large metal tray. Dig in and enjoy! Everything was so fresh and perfectly cooked.. love it!

You can also help yourself to the other food on the buffet spread, such as roast turkey, beef Wellington, whole baked fish, roast leg of lamb, cooked-to-order pasta, lamb chops and much more.
For dessert, a wide variety of cakes are available including durian crepes, cendol, lemon aiyu and festive treats such as pannetone, Christmas pudding and yule log cakes.
