Cuisines Restaurant offer the best of local favourites as well as a wide range of Asian, Western and Mediterranean dishes; their motto is to serve good, wholesome, healthy and fresh food at reasonable prices. In 2016, the restaurant was the proud recipient of the Luxury Hotel Restaurant (Malaysia) at the World Luxury Restaurant Awards.
Located at The Clubhouse of the resort, diners can enjoy their meal with a breathtaking view of the 280-million year old limestone outcrop and its tranquil surroundings.

Our considerate host ensured our kids got served first - they shared a Beef Burger (RM26) as well as Lamb Rack (RM58). The beef patty is made in-house daily, grilled and then served with a fried egg, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and cheese, along with a side salad, gherkins and fries. I did not try the burger, however the kids finished it all so that's a sure sign it was tasty!
BabySumoKids love lamb, and they sure enjoyed the Grilled New Zealand Lamb Rack with sauteed vegetables and potatoes. The lamb was wonderfully tender and cooked perfectly with lovely charred edges. Highly recommended.
Hubby and I shared a soup as well as two mains, starting with the Crab meat soup with dried scallops (RM28). This is similar to the Chinese soup you get at the wedding banquets - thick, comforting and chock full of ingredients. Loved it!
We also had the Marinated tenderloin steak (RM58) served with sauteed vegetables and potatoes. The steak was juicy and tender, and we were pleased with the doneness of the steak presented to us. The price is fair too, for the quality of the meat served.
Since Ipoh is well-known for its juicy beansprouts and chicken rice, we decided to try the Haven chicken rice (RM24), which comes with a generous portion of steamed chicken, juicy beansprouts, fragrant rice and double boiled chicken soup. The chefs here use specially selected free-range Wu-Soo chicken for this dish. The chicken was nicely steamed, and served with a duo of dipping sauce (chilli and ginger). Very nicely prepared dish.
One of our fellow diners had this Stir Fried Beef Koay Teow, we tasted some and it had plenty of wok hei.
Dessert - delicious chunks of no-bake cheesecake. Chloe adored this and our host kindly ordered another portion for her.
