Rejoice in the arrival of spring and bond with loved ones in the comfort of your own home over a scrumptious meal. Select from the Chinese New Year a la carte menu which include Chef’s Recommendations’ - Steamed Kampung Chicken with Minced Ginger and Crispy Boneless Chicken with Mixed Fruit Salad, as well as Homemade Bean Curd with Shredded Scallop and Conpoy Sauce, Wok Fried Butter Prawns with Curry Leaf topped with Shredded Egg and Coconut, Wok Charred Marinated Rack of Lamb, Wok Fried Sliced Beef with Ginger and Scallion, Braised Black Mushrooms with Dried Scallop and Garden Greens, and more.

The menu also consists of a selection of dim sum such as Steamed Shrimp Dumpling with Black Sea Moss, Steamed Scallop Dumpling with XO Sauce, Deep Fried Homemade Radish Cake, Pan Fried Chicken Bun with Salted Fish, just to name a few.

There is also a unique selection of Yee Sang accompanied by authentic ingredients topped with fresh fruits and vegetables. The yee sang are pleasing to the eye and at the same time healthy and a definite treat for the palate.
