Ramadan Buffet 2019 List for KL & Selangor

During the holy month of Ramadan, gather your family and friends and enjoy a scrumptious feast together to celebrate this joyous ocassion. This year, Ramadan will start on 6 May and run until 4 June 2019.

Here is a compilation of Ramadan Buffets in KL and Selangor, highlighting the special dishes offered, price, early bird discounts (if applicable) and contact details for reservation. The list will be in descending order, from highest to lowest priced.

Highlights: Royal Cuisine of Pahang featuring recipes from Her Majesty’s cookbook ‘Air Tangan Tengku Puan Pahang Masakan Tradisional Pahang’ including Kerabu daging, Kerabu pucuk selembut, Kerabu pucuk paku, Otak-otak kukus, Nasi Kebawah Duli, Ikan patin pais tempoyak, Opor burung puyuh, Rendang Haji Mahmud, Ketupat pulut sotong, Sambal Pahang, Laksa Pahang, Mee Jawa, Lempeng debab puding raja, Kujub labu, Seri kaya nangka, Kuih telor kancil and Malaysian Kuih.

Price: A Taste of Malaysia buffet is priced at RM 168 from 6 to 12 May while the Royal Cuisine of Pahang buffet is priced at RM 218 from 13 May to 4 June.

Highlights: Special collaboration with Chef Dato’ Haji Ismail Ahmad. Over 180 dishes, including fresh seafood, Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Western favourites and traditional Malay cuisine such as Lawar Jantung, Rendang Pucuk Ubi, Kerabu Mangga Muda, Ayam Percik Kelantan, Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Asam Pedas Ikan Pari, Sambal Udang Petai, Telur Itik Masak Lemak Cili Api, Pulut Durian and Chef Ismail’s most famous creation, Ayam Golek Istana, a royal dish served in the Palace.
