Ivy Sekinchan Seafood Noodle House, KL

My go-to food when I want something light is fishball noodles. We recently tried Ivy Sekinchan Seafood Noodle House, located in Taman Bukit Anggerik, Cheras.

Their menu consists of fishball noodle, various types of grouper noodles (grouper, dragon grouper, giant grouper), fried fish head, curry fish head, steam fish head and sides such as fish cake.

I had the dry loh shi fun fish ball noodle (RM6.50 for small) - the loh shi fun noodles is topped with some minced pork and comes with only three fishball in a bowl of soup. The noodles was tasty enough, though I wished they could be a little more generous with fishballs, like this place here. You can add-on fishballs RM7 for 10.

Hubby had the konlo egg noodle (the waitress says its Cintan mee) (RM6.50), which came with 5 slightly smaller fishballs. (RM6.50 for small)

Price: Total bill RM13.

Location: Ivy Sekinchan Seafood Noodle House, 71, Jalan 1/154, Taman Bukit Anggerik, 43200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. (Limited street parking available)

  2. hmmm ... i'm not sure how many fish balls to expect - though three would seem to be the lowest minimum possible, heheh ;) i've never been to sekinchan, so i guess this would be a good place to sample some seafood (or at least, fish) from there ;)
