Buka Puasa Festive Menu @ Hanare Japanese Restaurant, KL (Ramadan 2022)

If you’re thinking Japanese for your Iftar, check out Hanare Japanese Restaurant's Buka Puasa Festive Menu. Available throughout the month of Ramadan, diners will get a choice of two mains, as well as salad, miso soup, chawanmushi, dessert, date, along with free flow ice lemon tea and rice.

From Menu 1, you can choose either sashimi moriawase, bara chirashi, salmon amiyaki, or salmon & hotate teppanyaki, while from Menu 2, the selections are california maki, tempura moriawase, unagi kabayaki and tori teppanyaki. 

Here are some of the selections we made:
♥ Sashimi moriawase (4 kinds of raw seafood - during our visit, it was salmon, tuna, kampachi and salmon belly)
♥ Bara chirashi (diced raw fish such as salmon and tuna along with ikura, over sushi rice) 
♥ California maki (california sushi roll)
♥ Tempura moriawase (deep fried seafood and vegetables)
♥ Unagi kabayaki (grilled eel with teriyaki sauce)
