Ombak Kitchen, Bangsar: Seafood Boil in KL!

Ombak Kitchen in Lucky Garden, Bangsar specialises in the world-famous seafood boil concept originating from Louisiana, USA. Everything you love from the sea poured onto a covered table, ready for you to indulge in. Their tagline "Pakai tangan jer", which translates to "use your hand lah" encourages guests to dig in and enjoy their seafood using their bare hands as they believe that food tastes better this way.

At Ombak Kitchen, the seafood is prepared using boiling or steaming method, to preserve the freshness and juiciness of the seafood. Some of the seafood you will find here include crawfish, mussels, XL prawns, hamaguri clams, squid, live XL premium Pacific oyster, crabs, scallops, Canadian lobster and more. Once you have selected your seafood, select your sauce, from their signature Ombak Crazy Cajun, Creamy Buttermilk, Cheesy zesty lemon butter, Creamy tom yum, and Peranakan Seri Nyonya sauce.

We had the Happy Hour Combo, which is available daily from 3pm to 6pm at the Bangsar outlet. Priced at RM59.90 per pax (min 2 pax), this comes with XL prawns, mussels, squid, cheese sausage, potato, corn and rice. It also comes with baby lobster thermidor and your choice of drink (Blue Lagoon or Mango Max mocktail). We had the fresh seafood cooked in the signature Cajun sauce and we loved it! It's definitely finger licking good.
