Berjaya Times Square Hotel is conveniently located in the city's entertainment hub and most happening shopping district as well as being a short 15-minutes away from the world famous Petronas Twin Towers. In May this year, the hotel revealed their refurbished Club Premier Rooms and Suites located on the 17th to 20th Floor as well as the new Club Lounge on the 14th Floor. Check-in was efficiently conducted at the Club Lounge and before long, we were escorted up to our Club Premier Suite, located on the 19th Floor.
The 99 sqm Club Premier Suite comes with two bedrooms, featuring separate king-bedded and twin-bedded rooms with ensuite bathrooms, making this ideal for family staycations. BabySumoKids were delighted when they stepped through the doors and were greeted by the sight of balloons in their room. Housekeeping have also thoughtfully placed penguin towel art on each of their beds.
Meanwhile, in the parents room, the team have carefully crafted this swan art with rose petals placed all over the king-sized bed. It felt like we were celebrating our honeymoon all over again! The plush king sized bed comes with top quality bedding for a good night's sleep.
There is also a separate living area with comfortable lounge chairs and a coffee table, perfect for in-room dining and also relaxing after a long day out. A large LED TV is present in both rooms, as well as in the separate living area to provide entertainment to guests. There are a total of three bathrooms in the Club Premier Suite. Both bedrooms come with a separate bath and shower, and there is another spacious toilet for the living area.

For guests staying in the Club Premier Room and Suites, there will be a 24-hour personalised check-in and check-out service. Guests can be flexible with their arrival or departure time to maximise their stay at the hotel. For example, if you check in at the hotel at 3pm on day of arrival, you can check out at 3pm on your day of departure, rather than the usual 12pm check-out time.
There will be a daily turndown service which includes a treat from the chef. Guests can enjoy 20% discount on food and beverage bills as well as complimentary local calls to land lines and 2 pieces of pressing on a daily basis. Complimentary WIFI access is also available in the rooms and all public areas of the hotel.

Guests staying in Club Premier Room and Suites will have access to the new, contemporary Club Lounge on Level 14. Breakfast is served here daily from 6.30am to 10.30am, for those who prefer a more intimate setting. We recommend the eggs benedict and 'everything-omelette' here, and do also put in a request for the freshly made waffle, absolutely superb!
The Club Lounge offers one of the longest complimentary Cocktail Hour, from 5.30pm to 8.00pm daily. Sit back and relax with a glass of wine or one of their delicious cocktail concoctions. There will also be various bite-sized canapes, hot food and cheese platter that guests can help themselves to. Service here is excellent, making every visit to the lounge totally enjoyable.
There are four F&B outlets in the hotel, namely Big Apple Restaurant, Broadway Lounge, Samplings on the Fourteenth and Poolside Gazebo.
Other than the Club Lounge, hotel guests can also choose to have buffet breakfast at Big Apple Restaurant. They also offer an all-day dining menu, showcasing both International and local cuisine during lunch and dinner, as well as hi-tea buffet on weekends. Guests can enjoy a view of the KL skyline as well as the Petronas Twin Towers as they dine here.
The Poolside Gazebo offers tropical cocktails and light bites. You can also grab an ice cream to cool down by the pool.
Berjaya Times Square Hotel houses one of the largest swimming pools in KL with ample sun loungers, ensuring hours of fun for the whole family. There is also a children's pool and small playground for younger children to enjoy.
