Plan B @ MidValley Megamall, KL

During the CNY break, we took the kids out to the mall since Baby C had a few days off school. Unfortunately because of CNY, most shops were closed for 2-3 days. One of few places which was open was Plan B in MidValley Megamall. The restaurant seems very popular judging from the crowd. We usually frequent the outlet in Bangsar Village and we like the food there.

Nice interior - not many restaurants can pull off the "old windows look" and still look cool

The kids are on a "I love sausages" phase, so I ordered the Plan B Breakfast Platter (RM26) which comes with two eggs any style, toast, grilled turkey bacon, hash brown, smoked chicken sausage, baked beans, sauteed mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Plus fresh orange juice and coffee/tea. We went for poached eggs, which were nicely cooked with a oozy centre. Didn't think too much of the sausage or "bacon" but kids were happy with them. :P

Nice poached eggs

Without fail, Hubby always orders the Chargrilled Cheeseburger (RM25), simply because it is always satisfyingly good! The homemade beef patty is served with melted Cheddar slices, a side salad, fries and onion rings.

Fat onion rings!

We also shared the Ultimate French Toast (RM22) which was very good. Love the combination of bananas, macadamia brittle, mascarpone and maple syrup. Sinful!

Butterscotch milkshake (RM10) - sure to put a smile on a kid's face! ;P

Kids love watching the fountain at MV

Sibling love!

Literally "digging for gold" LOL!!!!

Service: Good.

Price: Total bill RM96.30

Location: Plan B, Lot G73-75, Ground Floor, MidValley Megamall, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 KL.

Tel: 03-2282 1576

  9. Somehow, it didn't dawn upon me to try their cheeseburger. It's usually their pasta, breakfast or sandwich. I should probably try it the next time.
