The buffet spread during the holy month of Ramadan is available daily from 27 May to 24 June 2017, at Shook! and Sentidos Gastrobar and Dining, located in the Feast Village. Perfect for gatherings with loved ones, friends and colleagues, diners can indulge in over 138 authentic Malay delicacies prepared using traditional recipes from the past in a traditional village setting.
The scrumptious menu is specially crafted by Executive Chef Zaffar Samad and his culinary team, ranging from appetizers to salads, soups, mains, desserts and snacks, all inspired by grandma's recipes. Some of the highlights include Gulai Daging dengan Nangka, Rendang Daging Tok, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak and Bubur Lambuk.
Start with some Ulam-ulaman (assorted local salad), served with sambal belacan, sambal tempoyak, sambal cincaluk, and budu (a classic kampong staple from Kelantan).
Several types of kerabu are available such as kerabu kacang botol (winged bean salad), kerabu daging (beef salad), kerabu mangga dengan udang (mango and prawn salad), acar jelatah (pineapple and cucumber salad), kerabu taugeh (beansprouts salad), acar buah (vegetable and fruit pickle) and ikan masin (assorted salted fish).
Gerai Rojak Buah (local fruit salad station), with fruits such as young mango, young papaya, rose apple, guava, white turnip, which you can toss with rojak sauce, crushed peanut and sesame seeds.
Gerai Satay - chicken and beef satay with nasi impit and kuah kacang.
Gerai Ikan Bakar - grilled fish such as red tilapia, catfish and cencaru fish.
Gerai Roti Canai - roti canai, murtabak ayam, dhalcha sayur, and kari ayam.
For mains, you will find nasi briyani, ayam goreng berempah, kambing kurma, fish curry with okra and fried cabbage from the Gerai Nasi Kandar.

There will also be ayam panggang dengan sos percik (roasted chicken with spicy coconut sauce), kari kambing dengan kentang (lamb curry with potatoes), sotong goreng dengan lada hitam (squid with black pepper sauce) pajeri nenas (spiced pineapple) and ayam goreng berlada (chicken cooked with chilli) on the buffet line.

There will also be various authentic Malay dishes at Gerai Makanan Tradisi dan Selera Kampung, such as Tongkeng ayam goreng tepung (fried bishops nose), Gulai daging dengan nangka (beef with jackfruit), rendang tok (dry beef rendang), ikan masin talang masak lemak (salted fish with pineapple), ikan tenggiri asam pedas (spicy and sour mackarel), paru goreng berlada (fried beef lung in chilli), ikan patin masak tempoyak (catfish in fermented durian), masak lemak pucuk manis (spicy sweet shoots), and sambal udang petai (prawns and petai sambal).

Gerai Mee - laksa, mee hoon sup utara, Singapore fried meehoon and mee goreng.
Not to be missed is the Gerai BBQ , where you will find a whole roasted lamb served with mint sauce.
You will find local desserts such as kuih lapis, kuih seri muka, kuih tepung pelita, and cucur badak as well as puddings, jelly, bread and butter pudding, French pastries and ice cream.
